One practice that I use pretty much on a daily basis is Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. I have used it in my car when driving in traffic and someone cuts me off or when I feel angry with someone that I know. I simply think of the person or even direct the words to myself and say:
“I am sorry” “Please forgive me” “Thank you” “I love you” repeating it three times. Or you can repeat “I love you” as many times as you feel you need to. Below you find a link to a short eight minute video that explain more is about Ho’oponopono. Take a moment to enjoy it and my this will create a shift for you.
