Here is your "Thank You" gift as promised.
I hope that you will take time to read the downloadable PDF completely and choose the affirmations or quotes that resonate with you. When starting set-aside 10 minutes one or more times a day to read through these affirmations. There is no hard and fast rules but I believe the more you say them or write them down the more they will become a part of you. It is important to say them with conviction. You can post them on your bathroom mirror or wherever you will pass by them and see them. You could even record them on your smart phone and listen to them in your car, while on the bus or at the office.
I invite you to make up your own "I am" positive affirmations and you could put them in a small notebook that you carry around with you. When one comes to you then you could jot it down.
If you find yourself dwelling on negative thoughts, think "Stop!" as soon as you realize you are thinking them. Instead think, that is the old me.....I am healthy, happy (or whatever affirmation you choose) believe in the change and you will change. I am not sure who said this, but I truly believe it...."Be the change you want to see" So let's start with changing our language, especially those things that we say to ourselves. It is a choice. I believe in you!
